2. Purpose of the service
PERMA is an Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project. The website and Hub exist to share educational materials, project outcomes, and community resources related to permaculture education and active ageing.
3. Membership
The PERMA Hub is open to older adults, educators, environmental practitioners, and other interested parties. Membership is free. The consortium reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system
- Upload content that is defamatory, hateful, or infringes intellectual property
- Disrupt the service through automated abuse
5. Intellectual property
Project outputs (training pack, practical guide, manifestos, reports) are published as open-access educational materials. You are free to use, adapt, and redistribute them with credit to the project (“PERMA — Erasmus+ KA210-ADU-6DA7FF93”). Third-party content embedded in the Hub remains the property of its original creators and is used under fair-dealing principles for educational purposes.
6. Disclaimer
Content on this site is provided for educational purposes. The consortium does not warrant that the information is complete, accurate, or current at every moment. Use of the materials is at your own discretion.
7. EU funding statement
The PERMA project is funded by the European Union. The views expressed are those of the authors only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or The Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes.
8. Changes
The consortium may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, where the Coordinator is registered. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
