Who we are
The PERMA project (KA210-ADU-6DA7FF93) is an Erasmus+ KA210-ADU Small-scale Partnership. The consortium comprises three organisations: Materia (Cyprus, Coordinator), Permacultura Cantabria (Spain), and WECHANGE (Cyprus).
Information we collect
This website collects the following personal information:
- Contact form submissions: first name, last name, email, organisation (optional), subject, message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- PERMA Hub accounts: email and password (stored as a salted hash). Used to authenticate members of the PERMA Hub.
- Server logs: IP address, browser user agent, request timestamps. Retained for 30 days for abuse prevention.
- Analytics: if configured, Google Analytics 4 is used to measure aggregate site usage. No personally identifying data is shared with third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (contact form submissions) and on legitimate interest (server logs for abuse prevention and analytics). PERMA Hub membership processing is based on the contract you accept when registering.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are retained for the project duration (1 December 2025 – 31 May 2027) plus two years for archival purposes, then deleted. PERMA Hub account data is retained while your account is active; you may request deletion at any time. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
